System Administrator
Full Time • Picatinny Arsenal NJ
Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration support for WSEC mission servers (e.g., TeamForge, CMPro, Fishbowl) on the Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN).
- Manage server updates, configuration changes, and data backups, ensuring compliance with IA requirements.
- Support VMWare enterprise virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server 2022, and Linux operating systems.
- Provide desktop and phone support for directorate IT assets, including software installation and debugging.
Qualifications:
- DoD 8570.01-M IA certification (e.g., IT-I, IT-II, IT-III, or IT-IV designation) and local DEVCOM AC IA requirements.
- Experience with server management, virtualization, and network interoperability with NEC/DREN.
- Ability to prepare obsolete IT assets for turn-in, including secure data wiping.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain necessary security clearances.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
