Lead Systems Engineer
Full Time • Picatinny Arsenal NJ
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise for Test Program Set (TPS) development, diagnostics design, and hardware/software integration for platforms like M109A7 Paladin, Bradley, CROWS, and ACV.
- Support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), failure analysis, and root cause determination for field-returned items.
- Assist in prototype fabrication, testing strategies, and validation/verification (V&V) processes.
- Develop and update Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) using tools like MS Visio and IADS.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Next Generation Automated Test System (NGATS), Direct Support Electrical Systems Test Sets, and DASH 6.1.c.x.
- Proficiency with ECAD software (e.g., OrCAD) and engineering drawing tools (e.g., PTC Creo, AutoCAD).
- Experience with MIL-STD-31000B for 3D Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain necessary security clearances.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
