Program Manager
Full Time • Picatinny Arsenal, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall contract execution.
- Manage contractor personnel, deliverables, and coordination with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for collaborative efforts with DEVCOM AC and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit Contract Summary Reports and Status Reports.
- Ensure adherence to security requirements, including OPSEC and CUI handling.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in DoD program management, particularly with DEVCOM AC or similar organizations.
- Knowledge of Army operational procedures and standards.
- Ability to interact with senior-level personnel and maintain confidentiality.
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) certification (e.g., IT-I or IT-II designation) for access to government systems.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain necessary security clearances.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
